When I saw the theme of the game jam, I was eager to develop a game that would allow players to feel the scale of space. This led to the idea for an idle game where you need to form solar systems and galaxies.

At the start of the game, you need to click the space to expand the universe. As the universe expands, new cosmic objects become available.

The more cosmic objects you place, the faster the universe expands.

  1. Star: Cost: 1. Gives: 1/s
  2. Planet: Orbits around a star. Cost: 5. Gives: 0.5/s
  3. Nebula: Forms new stars for 30 seconds. Cost: 50. Gives: 8/s
  4. Black Hole: Forms a galaxy from the nearest stars. Cost: 100. Gives: 5/s

In this version of the game, the interface is not finished and the idle game progression is unbalanced

You can use a cheat code to accelerate the accumulation of cosmic mass - press the C button.

Also you can use 1, 2, 3, 4 keyboard buttons to spawn entitles faster and play around.

You can also check out the post-jam version in my profile (with sfx, music, progression, finished UI and some bugfixes). Don't rate based on it.
